Flora Elmi Beagley is a writer based in London. She won the 2025 Queen Mary Wasafiri New Writing Prize for poetry, was shortlisted for the London Magazine 2026 Poetry Prize and has been longlisted for the National Poetry Society competition. Her work explores intimate histories, artifacts, Anglo-Finnish heritage and interwoven linguistics. She has work featured or upcoming in Wasafiri, The Kenyon Review, Boulevard, The Belfast Review and West Trade Review. Her work The Thaw is out now with Skear Zines.
